What the service does

Foilkeep identifies English Pokémon trading cards from a photo you upload, shows market price references collected from third-party sources, and lets you keep a collection. Recognition is a ranking of likely matches, not a certainty: you confirm the card, the printing and the finish yourself.

Prices are references, not offers

Prices and price history come from TCGdex, TCGplayer, eBay and Cardmarket and carry the timestamp of their source. They are informational references. They are not appraisals, not investment advice, and not an offer by us to buy or sell anything. We do not grade cards and do not infer a professional grade from a photo.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from the account page, which also deletes your collection and any donated photos.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos you have the right to upload. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute our catalog or price data, do not attempt to bypass scan limits or subscriptions, and do not attack, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that put the service at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the collection you build. Photos are processed for recognition and discarded unless you explicitly donate one; donating grants us a licence to use that photo to improve recognition until you delete it. You grant us no other rights to your content.

Subscriptions

Free accounts include a limited number of scans. A paid plan removes that limit. Billing terms, cancellation and refunds are set out on the refunds page and form part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Material changes take effect when published here, with the date above updated. If you keep using the service afterwards, you accept the new terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that recognition results, prices or availability will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property and governing law

Foilkeep is an independent collector tool. Pokémon, card names and card artwork belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, TCGplayer, eBay or Cardmarket.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and the courts of Vietnam have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: [email protected].
